Golf clubs are not one-size-fits-all
If you were a big fan of basketball and wanted to get the exact shoes Lebron James wears, you probably wouldn't walk into FootLocker and come out with a size 15 ... right?
So why would you walk into a big-box sporting goods store and expect a random driver, iron, wedge or putter to work either?
Golf swings are as unique as fingerprints, and while there are some similar fundamentals we're all trying to achieve, the way each golfer delivers the club presents a puzzle, and it's club fitting's job to take your unique swing characteristics and solve that puzzle so you can have the best chance to go low.
What to expect
We fit based on the most important club specifications, including:
- Sole design
- Lie angle
- Shaft bend profile
- Shaft weight
- Shaft flex
- Total club length
- Total club weight
- Swing weight/Moment of Inertia
- Grip size
Each of these key specifications are incredibly important to allow you to deliver the club consistently, giving you the best chance for a solid strike. You can still put a bad swing on a well-fit club, but with a well-fit set, your good shots will be great, and your poor shots will give you a much better chance of staying on the planet.
Club building/repair services
Each set of fitted clubs is built in-house, one club at a time for one golfer at a time. If you need any repairs or adjustments to your current clubs, we offer:
- Regripping
- Loft/Lie adjustments
- Shaft shortening/extension
- Swing weight matching and/or Moment of Inertia matching
- Reshafting
- Clubhead Re-Epoxy & Ferrule Replacement
