Like a lot of people, Kristin struggled with her weight most of her life. During this time, she went through many diets losing weight, gaining weight, and repeating the cycle. Food addictions and compulsive overeating became her lifestyle. Despite her compulsions, she remained active playing basketball from Junior High through College. In 1993, Kristin moved to the Music City from Reading, PA. That same year, Kristin made a decision to lose the weight and get fit. In two years, Kristin lost 80 pounds! And she did it the right way, by eating right and exercising. She did not adhere to fad diets; she ate real food and is now enjoying a healthy lifestyle. She now enjoys teaching others how they can lose the weight for good and never go back. Kristin is a Certified as a Group Fitness Instructor and a Personal Trainer.
Kristin joined Efficient Fitness in December 2009 as Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Manager.
