Classes will be held in the historic Castner Knott building, 618 Church St, Nashville. Please contact us to submit any class or time suggestions. * Please note that only one shower is available in each of the locker rooms.

Single classes…………………………………………$10

Cycle:  This high energy class will simulate an outdoor bike ride in the comfort of a gym with some rocking music.  Climbs, sprints and straight rides will be featured in such a way that you are never bored and get a fantastic cardio workout! Cycling shoes and shorts and heart rate monitor are recommended but not required.

Pilates:  Core strengthening in the powerhouse:  hips to shoulders.  This class will improve posture and strengthen your abs, back and hips.  Personal mat is recommended for sanitation reasons.

Yoga:  Relaxation, serenity and flexibility are all part of this class.  Muscle tone and flexibility will be achieved through slow progression through a variety of postures. Personal mat is recommended for sanitation reasons.

Posture Perfect:  Everyday tasks have individuals hunched over desks.  Compensate by working the neck, upper back and spine in a variety of simple yet effective posture correcting exercises that will enhance your daily living. Personal mat is recommended for sanitation reasons.

Core Strength:  A variety of abdominal exercises will strengthen and lead toward those rock hard abs that are in such demand. Personal mat is recommended for sanitation reasons.

Boot Camp:  A high intensity, high impact workout that features running, jumping, plyometrics, and agility drills.  Ability to run a mile recommended. This class is held outdoors, so dress accordingly. (Rain/snow brings class indoors)

Kickboxing:  A variety of punches, kicks and core rotation to energize and empower.  This class will lead through repetition and technique, facilitated by great music to keep that heart pumping!

Zumba Dance: A Latin inspired party class. You will have fun as you learn simple dance steps.
